Hey I’m Coach Michelle!  I am a mom of 3, my babies are 13, 14 and 23.  I have been happily married for 24 years.

I have lost 100 pounds 3 times in my life and this last time at 42, I finally figured out how to lose it and keep it off. 

I am a certified Health Coach and Nutrition Coach.  And my passion is helping women over 40 that are ready to tell the doc to stick it, because women over 40 can lose weight.

Obsessions:  My family, my dogs (especially the wild Bella, Bella a mini daschound that stole my heart) and  Colorado.
